David Reid is Chief Advisor in the Christchurch Call Unit - a joint venture of the Department of Prime Minister & Cabinet and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade where he leads work on policy and outreach. Previously he managed MPI's Strategic Policy team and served at New Zealand's Permanent Mission in Geneva, and Mission to the European Union in Brussels, in addition to variouis roles in trade negotiations and economic diplomacy.
